All content, features, and functionality of our website and products — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by HOLOPHONIX SAS or its licensors and are protected by French and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.

HOLOPHONIX is a trademark of HOLOPHONIX SAS. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Payments for our products and services are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are detailed at the time of purchase.

Our software products are licensed, not sold. Your use of any HOLOPHONIX software is subject to the End-User License Agreement (EULA) provided with the product. License issuance, activation, and management are handled through LicenseSpring.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLOPHONIX SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Meaux, France.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
