Created for Chaumet in collaboration with Paris-based design studio Manifesto, Tokyo creative studio La Boite, and Japanese sound artist Miyu Hosoi, this immersive sonic installation transformed a private exhibition within Chaumet's historic hôtel particulier on Place Vendôme.
Designed for a VIP presentation centred around a unique jewellery piece, the installation occupied a long corridor where sound unfolded across three layers of loudspeakers discreetly integrated into the walls and ceiling. Working closely with Miyu Hosoi, the Amadeus teams supported the creative process using HOLOPHONIX to mix, reverberate, and spatialize the sonic material, creating an immersive environment that accompanied visitors throughout the experience.
Known for her multi-channel sound installations, theatrical productions, and works built from layered vocal recordings, Miyu Hosoi approaches space as a compositional element in its own right. For Chaumet, her sound design combined with HOLOPHONIX spatial processing to create a subtle and immersive dialogue between sound, architecture, and the jewellery on display.
