Chief Technical Officer
Adrien Zanni began his studies at the Chalon-sur-Saône Conservatory before earning a Master's degree at the Louis Lumière National School of Cinema, Photography and Sound. During this time, he wrote a thesis on acoustic modeling for artistic purposes while participating in an exchange program for the Master of Electroacoustic Composition at the Zurich University of the Arts.
Within the CICM research team Adrien received his PhD in Aesthetics, Science, and Technology of the Arts from the Paris 8 University, where his research focused on developing a vocabulary of tools for writing sound space for a spatializer. This work is carried out in collaboration with the R&D department of HOLOPHONIX and the 'Acoustic and Cognitive Spaces' team at IRCAM
Adrien's innovative approach has allowed him to integrate research into major artistic projects in prestigious institutions such as the Venice Biennale, the Palace of the Popes at the Avignon Festival, the International Lyric Art Festival of Aix-en-Provence, the Paris Symphony Hall, and the Pantheon in Paris, among others.
